The Petites Pensées Shop has officially opened, with brand new handmade greeting cards, journaling stickers, notebooks, and candles! The items in this collection are all handmade with real pressed flowers, giving them a touch of natural beauty.

I’ve been thinking of doing this collection for years now but never quite had the time to build it fully, so this re-opening of the shop from a new location and with a brand new name felt like the perfect occasion. It’s likely there will be an update later in the year because I still have so many ideas, so let me know if there’s something you want to see added to the shop.

Pressed Flowers Greeting Cards

All of these little cards are handmade with real pressed flowers! I tried to cover as many occasions as I could: mother’s day, declarations of love, wishing a friend luck for a new job, or just telling a loved one you’re thinking of them. There’s more coming too, so let me know if you want a pressed flower card for a specific holiday!

Realistic Flower Stickers

These are the perfect little stickers to add in your journal for a touch of nature’s beauty (without actually having to go pick flowers and press them yourself). So far, there’s pansies, white daisies, yellow daisies, ferns, and mixed flowers depending on the colors you want to decorate your journal with. Your can choose between white matte stickers, which have a paper-like texture you can write on, or clear matte stickers, which blend seamlessly onto the page.

The Petites Pensées Notebook

This little A5 notebook is one of my favorite additions to the collection. “Petites Pensées” means both “little thoughts” and “little pansies” in french, so I thought it’d be cute to create a small journal to write all your thoughts in that also had pressed pansies on the cover.

As much as I love the cover design, it’s the inside I’m most excited about because this journal is made with my favorite paper for writing: Clairefontaine paper. This french paper is famous for how well it handles ink, which has made it a favorite in the fountain pen community. It’s also super smooth (so no resistance when writing) and 120gsm, which means the pages are thick enough that ink won’t bleed through (so you can actually use all 60 pages). I also handbound the pages so that they will lay flat when you write! And of course, the pages have a super versatile light blue-gray 5mm dot-grid.

So if you’re looking for a beautiful little notebook that also has high-quality paper that can handle the ink from your favorite fountain pen, look no further!

Wax Seals with Pressed Pansies

These pre-made wax seals come with an adhesive backing so all you have to do is stick them onto your envelope and send! Of course, these are handmade with real pressed pansies and so each seal in the set is unique.

Natural Soy Wax Candles with Pressed Flowers

I love the look of real pressed flowers embedded into the candle. Of course, these are handmade from natural soy wax, are lightly scented with vanilla, and come with a wood wick for that perfect cozy crackling sound when burning. The pansies candle is my favorite, since the pressed pansies come straight from my little balcony garden!
